Hi,
The is has a persistent realtor who wants to be my listing agent so I can put the house up for sale. Today, the realtor called me and said there is a buyer who is interested in my house. The buyer has been out-bidded to several Houses in my neighbourhood. The realtor asked if the buyer can see my house then make an offer to buy my house "as is". The realtor will take 2% for commission should I agree on selling my house at the buyer's asking price. I Do not have a listing agent and have never had my house on the market.
Do I have any legal commitment to this realtor as I never signed anything with her?\
Any Suggestion would be appreciate.
