I approached Greame at Forum in a very stressed state as I had been mucked around by a variety of 'professionals'. Greame is a great listener & communicator. He was instantly able to put me at ease and offered an affordable & effective solution to my problem. He went out of his way to help & his solution was delivered in a prompt & efficient manner. I wish everyone I have deat with was as professional, experienced, polite, understanding & skilled as Greame & recommend Forum to everybody. If only I had gone to his business in the first place - my hair would have been so much less gray! Truly, the best customer service I have ever come across.
